Wine Review: This pale gold colored Sauvignon Blanc opens mild grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and refreshing. The flavor profile is a mild green apple with a touch of mineralty and green apple. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Good Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with grilled knockwurst Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The cooler vintage led to a more herbal style of Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of grass, fresh herbs and grapefruit with a clean, fresh finish. The mostly stainless steel fermentation makes this a crisp Sauvignon Blanc. This wine would pair well with dishes with cream sauce.
