Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Washington opens with a mild lemon and light oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly creamy. The flavor profile is a light oak infused apple with a touch of mineral. The finish is dry and its oak notes linger. I would pair this wine with honey mustard marinated chicken off the grill.
