Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark ruby colored blend from Bordeaux opens with a mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced and elegant. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused black cherry and black currant blend with notes of oak. The finish is dry and its tannins build up and last for quite some time. I would suggest pairing this very nice wine a pot roast. Enjoy – Ken
