Wine Review: This pale pink colored wine from Cotes de Provence opens with a floral rose petal bouquet with hints of strawberry and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, gentle and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime and tangerine blend with hints of white pepper, peach and strawberry. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors linger nicely. This Rose would pair nicely with a gorgonzola, fig and pancetta pizza. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A light rose with hints of clear peach. On the nose, fresh almonds, white peach and pear aromas reveals themselves. On the palate, "R" de Roquefeuille, unveils a beautiful roundness and freshness as well as aromas of white fruits and light notes of bergamot and clementine. Pair with seafood salads, grilled sole or even spinach tarts.
