Wine Review: This light peach colored Rosé from southern France opens with a ruby grapefruit and peach pit bouquet with hints of lime zest and tangerine. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, slightly viscous, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and light white peach blend with notes of apricot pit and green apple. I also detected hints of green tea and white pepper. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rosé was served slightly chilled and was a nice sipper to enjoy at a patio bar this spring in Miami. With food, I would pair it with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A beautiful pale pink color with clear blue highlights. This expressive cuvée opens immediately with notes of red berries supported by delicate citrus fruit. A touch of refreshing greenness accompanies the palate, giving this lively, fresh wine a truly thirst-quenching character. An easy-drinking wine, very much in the style of Mediterranean rosés: finesse, white fruit flavors and a touch of elegant minerality.
