Wine Review: This pale white gold colored Rhone blend is terrific. It opens with a fragrant orange and wet stone bouquet with a hint of anise. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, delicate and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with notes of green apple. I also detected hints of anise. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. This wine is very food friendly and would pair nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Bright yellow color with greenish glints. Intense nose with floral, zesty and citrusy notes. The refined and full-bodied palate combines roundness and vivacity leading to a very long finish. Food Pairing: Pairs well with seafood, goat cheese.
