Wine Review: This faint peach colored Rose from Provence opens with a mild strawberry and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused tangerine with hints of strawberry, stone fruit and a touch of grapefruit in the end. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Rose is a real crowd pleaser and quaffer. I would pair it with grilled mahi-mahi. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: A magnificent wine of pleasure. The aromatic harmony of Grenache and Cinsault offers some notes of peach and candied orange. the mouth is fresh and round. Food and wine pairing: Prawns kebabs.
