Wine Review: This very dark red colored wine opens with a pleasant black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused black currant with notes of old oak and olive. The finish is dry and its flavors and well-managed tannins drift away nicely. I would pair this hearty styled Merlot based wine with steak tips. Enjoy - Ken
