Wine Review: This dark red colored opens with a mild black cherry and black raspberry bouquet with hints of cinnamon and red licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and savory. The flavor profile is a juicy black cherry and loam blend with notes of black raspberry and cedar. I also detected hints of cinnamon and black tea. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins build-up and stick around for a very long time. If you are looking for a very good value midweek wine to go with your burger, beef burrito or grilled steak tips, look no further. Enjoy - Ken
