Wine Review: This dark pink colored wine from Cotes du Rhone opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and nicely coats your mouth. The flavor profile is a mild mineral influenced watermelon with a hint of gentle strawberry and red cherry. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would complement a lot of dishes. I would pair it with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
