Wine Review: I recently tried this Riesling at our Christmas party. I was pretty impressed with this good value wine. It is light yellow colored and opens with an attractive ripe Bartlett pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and brisk. The flavor profile is a tasty tangy lime with notes of green apple and a touch of integrated minerality. The finish is semi-dry and shows very nice length. It is refreshing as well. I would pair perfectly with steamed mussels in a garlic broth. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: THE MOST INTENSE KUNG FU GIRL TO DATE. Delicate aromas of stone fruit, white peach, apricot, Asian pear and white spring blossoms. Long and layered. THIS GIRL TRULY KICKS ASS!
