Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a mild green apple and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine medium bodied and shows elevated zippy acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green pear with a hint of lime that lingers. The finish is dry and quite refreshing. I would pair this Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops.

Winemaker Notes: Aromatic, smooth, vibrant and tasty. Think tangerine, apricot, wet stone, key lime, clove, and nectarine. Now stop thinking and start drinking.....'CAUSE KUNG FU GIRL KICKS ASS!
