Wine Review: This deep purple colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Charles Krug opens with an attractive boysenberry and raspberry bouquet with hints of green pepper and pencil shavings. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and fruit forward. The flavor profile is a red plum and red currant blend with notes of red raspberry tea. The finish is dry and mellow fine tannins fade away nicely. The Panel would pair this Cab with a roast pork. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Generations is a Bordeaux-style blend created to honor our family's past, present and future. Aromas of black cherry, coffee bean and blueberry segue to a full-bodied wine with a long finish of ripe berry and toasty crème brûlée.
