Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc from Charles Krug opens with a wet stone and grapefruit bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, lush and juicy. The flavor profile is mineral infused apricot with a touch of tangerine. The finish is semi-dry and pleasant. This wine would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Our signature style Sauvignon Blanc opens with an eclectic array of fresh aromas giving the wine a beautiful bouquet of honeydew, peach skin, lemon grass, and pear. Flavors of stone fruit and apricot balance seamlessly for a vibrant texture and crisp acidity. Just a hint of minerality rounds out the finish of this refreshing wine.
