Wine Review: This opaque and dark onyx colored Cabernet opens with a very mild black cherry bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with notes of oak, red beet, and a hint of black cherry, the finish is dry and its moderate dusty oak tannins are nicely extended. This versatile Cab will be a crowd pleaser and would make a nice glass pour. Serve with steak tips. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Our Cabernet Sauvignon provokes aromas of anise and pomegranate that melds with smoky overtones. On the palate, flavors of ripe red berries and hickory bring out hints of nutmeg. Well balanced oak gives way to a smooth, rich finish for this exceptional wine.
