Wine Review: This slightly opaque and dark purple colored Cab opens with a very faint black cherry bouquet with a touch of earth and black pepper detected as well. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth as silk. The flavor profile is a gentle black cherry and plum with just a hint of integrated oak. The finish is dry and its fine tannins drift away nicely. Pair this elegant Cab with a filet mignon soon. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our Peter Mondavi Family Cabernet Sauvignon is supple and harmonious. Aromas of dark chocolate, orange peel and roasted chestnuts combine with wild berries, coffee and peanut brittle flavors.
