Wine Review: This pale straw colored Champagne with very tiny streaming bubbled is very good. It opens with a faint strawberry and Mandarin orange bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a tasty ginger with notes of minerality. We also detected hints of green apple, lime and Mandarin oranges. The finish is dry and refreshing. We suggest enjoying this Champagne on its own and use it for a toast on New Year’s Eve. Enjoy – KWGTP
