Wine Review: This light red colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant strawberry and red raspberry bouquet with a hint of pomegranate and damp forest floor. On the palate, this wine is light plus bodied with medium acidity, juicy, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is red plum and earth blend with notes of strawberry. We also detected hints of oak, tart pomegranate, red currant, clove, and other spices. The finish is dry, and its spicy flavors, tingly acidity, and a little heat lingers and last for a while. The Panel would pair this Pinot with grilled cedar plank Norwegian salmon or a Idylwilde's gobbler turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry sauce. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Light ruby in color, this Pinot Noir is expressive on the nose with vibrant notes of cherry, raspberry, and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is bright and juicy with light tannins and a fresh finish.
