Wine Review: This medium ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a red plum and strawberry rhubarb bouquet with hints of cherry and vanilla. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely balanced. We also found it to be soft, round and juicy. The flavor profile is tart black plum and red raspberry blend with notes of mild minerality and spice. We also detected some hints of strawberry rhubarb and earth tones mixed in. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. The Panel would pair this soothing Pinot with a Colorado rack of lamb or with a mushroom risotto. Enjoy – KWGTP
