Wine Review: This white gold colored Chardonnay opens with a baked apple pie bouquet with hints of lemon and pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild Anjou pear and gentle minerality with hints of pineapple light oak and saline. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Chard is very versatile and food friendly. I would pair it with chicken francese. Enjoy – Ken
