Wine Review: This almost clear colored unoaked Chardonnay opens with a mild apple and pear like bouquet. On the palate, there is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and very approachable. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with hints of apple and a touch of spice. The finish is dry and subtle. Joe and I both agreed that this food friendly Chardonnay would pair well with chicken cordon bleu. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This vintage boasts an aromatic mix of lush tropical fruits and ripe red delicious apples, paired with hints of springtime flowers and a clean minerality. The palate belies the Stainless winemaking; rich with ripe pineapple and white peach characters and a long, full mid-palate with a clean, lingering acidity.
