Wine Review: This light gold colored Riesling from Canada opens with a fragrant Vaseline and ginger bouquet with hints of honeycomb. On the palate, this wine is light bodied with medium plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and a bit zesty. The flavor profile is a tart quince and lime blend with notes of ginger and stone fruit. I also detected a hint of honey in the aftertaste. The finish is off-dry and lingers nicely. I would pair this Riesling with oysters. Enjoy - Ken
