Wine Review: This opaque and pitch black colored wine opens with a pleasant and mild blackberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and very nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a ripe blackberry with nicely integrated gentle old vanilla oak and blueberry. The finish is dry and its moderate fine tannins drift away nicely. This is a terrific Malbec and would pair perfectly with penne smothered with Bolognese Ragu. Enjoy – Ken
