Wine Review: This Rose made from Pinot Noir is a medium salmon color and has an intensely fruity aromas of strawberry, cherry, ruby grapefruit and a hint of white peach. On the palate, it is medium-minus bodied with medium-plus acidity. It is balanced, round and juicy. It is quite sophisticated for a Rose. I found flavors of watermelon, red berry and lemon with light minerality. The zesty, mineral-driven finish was quite long. This could be a nice warm evening sipper or pair with sushi. – Mark
