Wine Review: This strawberry colored Rose made from Sangiovese opens with a pleasant watermelon bouquet with hints of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and displays ripe fruit. The flavor profile is ripe strawberry jam with notes of red raspberry, Clark's teaberry gum and mild minerality. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors and mild acidity linger for a bit. I would pair this wine with a Monte Cristo sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
