Wine Review: This pale straw colored Chardonnay from Napa opens with a mild oak and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and creamy. The flavor profile is an oak influenced pear with hints of honey, butter and green apple. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This Chard is very food friendly and would pair well with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli smothered in a light cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
