Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Chardonnay opens with a mild pineapple bouquet with a hint toasted oak and lemon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild pear with notes of toasted oak and a touch of pineapple. The finish is dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. This Chardonnay would pair well with chicken Francese. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: An approachable and food friendly wine with overtones of apple and pear and balanced with a buttery texture and slight toasted oak. Pair this with mild cheeses and lighter roasted meats like chicken, shellfish or pork with a rich sauce. This is a lovely compliment to glazed vegetables as well.
