Wine Review: This light yellow colored wine blend from Portugal is made from three grapes most of you have never heard of. It opens with a very fragrant an appealing Honeydew melon and Bosc pear bouquet with hints of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic round and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe Anjou pear, saline and minerality blend with notes of quince and green apple. The finish is dry and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. This is a perfect pool or beach wine for a hot summer day. I would also serve this very good value wine at the raw bar as well. Enjoy - Ken
