Wine Review: This almost clear colored Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige is nice. It opens with a musty wet stone and flinty mild lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green tea with hints of mild tart grapefruit and lime. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely prolonged and linger. This Pinot Grigio would pair well with oysters or steamers Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Pinot Grigio displays a classic brightly yellow colour with easy greenish reflexes. The aroma is pleasant with fresh flavours of apricots, ripe Mirabelle plums as well as a fine mineralization in the background. It juicily applies fresh tastes to the palate, and convinces with a discreet carbonic acid and easy green fruity components of lime peel.
