Wine Review: This pleasant white wine opens with pleasant wet stone and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is a very tasty green pear with a hint of lime. The finish is dry, a touch tingly, and lingers nicely. This wine would nicely complement chicken, penne, and broccoli smothered in a thick cream sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Notes of cream brulee with vanilla on the aroma, the palate is creamy with a good balance of the oak notes and ripe, round fruit flavors. The crisp acidity gives freshness to the long finish.
