Wine Review: This Maraschino cherry colored wine from Carol Shelton is a nice summer option. It opens with wet stone and watermelon Jolly Rancher bouquet. On the palate, this wine has a very inviting texture that is medium bodied and well-balanced. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry with hints of watermelon and Maraschino cherry. The finish is dry and pleasant. This good value Rose would pair nicely with Rick's shrimp cocktail. Enjoy - Ken
