Wine Review: This pale straw colored Viognier opens with a shy mild green melon bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is lime and mango blend with notes of grapefruit and ginger ale towards the end. The finish is dry and pleasantly refreshing. I would pair it with garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken
