Wine Review: This medium garnet colored Malbec with a magenta rim opens with a saw dust, musty barnyard, and black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is round and nicely balanced. The flavor profile is an oolong tea, ripe black raspberry, and loam blend with notes of mint and sage. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins and flavors linger for a bit. This good-value everyday Malbec would pair well with a juicy bistro bacon burger with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss. Enjoy – Ken & Steve
Winemaker Notes: Deep reddish color. The nose shows a great aromatic intensity where we find white flowers, red fruits and cherries. On the palate the wine is fresh, fruity, and it also expresses a pleasant balance between acidity, tannins and softness. The finish is long and delicate.
