Wine Review: This slightly cloudy medium ruby colored Malbec based blend opens with a gentle red currant bouquet with hints of craisin, leather, and mulberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated moderate acidity. The mouthfeel is very well-balanced, smooth, and silky. The flavor profile is a tasty black and red currant blend with notes of raspberry and craisin. We also detected hints of flinty minerality and oak. The finish is dry and its refined and well managed gentle tannins are nicely prolonged. The Tasting Panel would pair this filet mignon. Enjoy – KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This wine has a dark and intense color. The nose reveals aromas of dark fruit such as blackcurrant and blueberry. On the palate, the wine is well-balanced with a good concentration and persistent freshness. The ripe and well-integrated tannins contribute to the harmonious feel of this wine. The finish is smooth with subtle notes of oak.
