Wine Review: This very dark red colored Malbec based blend opens with a black cherry bouquet with hints of blueberry, strawberry and a touch of oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a black cherry and cedar plank blend with notes of red currant and Teaberry gum. The finish is dry and its well-managed mild tannins are friendly. This is a crowd-pleasing red that you can quaff. It will also pair nicely with your favorite burger. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep ruby color. The nose is expressive with notes of red fruits, coffee and black pepper. Complex on the palate with aromas of plums, fruit and spices, this well-balanced wine is an elegant expression of Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon.
