Wine Review: This very dark red colored Tempranillo based wine from Carlos Serres is a good value. It opens with an oak and black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft and smooth. The flavor profile is an oak and tart cherry blend with notes of clove and a hint of cinnamon and minerality. The finish is dry and subtle. This wine is food friendly and would pair nicely with your favorite burger of the grill. Enjoy – Ken
