Wine Review: This bright red colored Spanish wine is a very good value. It opens with a musty oak and red cherry bouquet with hint of new leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild cherry with notes of faint oak and strawberry. I also detected hints of Slim Jim in the background. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This quaffer is a very good everyday red. I would pair it with your favorite burger recipe. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Cherry red color with brilliant purple rim. Aromas of mature red fruit with a core of spice and delicate licorice hints. The wine is complex, well structured, fresh and fruity. Extremely versatile. A perfect match for "Mediterranean cuisine" such as fried fish or vegetable dishes, rice, pasta, pulses, red and white meats and even cheeses.
