Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Spanish red blend opens with mild red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle red currant with notes of cherry and gentle old oak. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are a bit sticky and linger. This is a solid wine and a Good everyday offering. Serve with burgers. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Elaborated separately, these three varieties come together to shape a well structured, concentrated, and intensely aromatic blend. Good structure, mouth filling, powerful, black fruit and spiciness from Syrah, juicy and fresh.
