Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Spanish blend opens with a black raspberry jam bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and juicy. The flavor profile is an appealing mild black raspberry with a touch of black currant, oak, and black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are subtle. This is a very nice glass poor option to consider with a grilled bacon burger. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aged in new French oak, 40% passing malolactic fermentation in barrel. From the finest fruit of the vintage, selected parcels for ripe grapes with ideal natural acid balance. A complex and elegant Jumilla is the result, balancing power with length and drinkability.
