Wine Review: This red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon opens with a pleasant blueberry bouquet with a hint of cherry-cola and cedar. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced and very smooth. The flavor profile is a dusty mild blueberry and cherry-cola blend with notes of minerality and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors are nicely extended for a Pinot. The Panel suggested that you could enjoy this Pinot on its own. However, they also said it would go well with roast pork or a tomahawk pork chop. Enjoy – KWGTP
