Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot Noir from Carabella smells great. It opens with a bouquet of teaberry and cinnamon. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and round. The flavor profile is mild teaberry and red cherry blend with notes of cinnamon. I also detected hints of fig and craisin. The finish is dry and it subtly fades away. This is a pleasant and unique Pinot to sip. With food I would pair it with sautéed cherry chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A summer marked by fire and smoke however we escaped without smoke taint. Instead the vintage offers juicy red cherries and an earth character with a smooth palate.
