Wine Review: This dark ruby colored wine opens with an attractive mild black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild old oak infused black cherry with a hint of pomegranate. The finish is dry and its mild oak tannins are a little sticky. This wine would pair well sweet Italian sausage with sauteed onion and peppers. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Colour: Intense ruby red Bouquet: Full and persistent, reminiscent of violets, raspberry, and pomegranate Palate: Warm, dry, generous and well-balanced
