Wine Review: This medium red Brunello opens with a mild cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, smooth, and refined. The flavor profile is a really tasty mild black currant with hints of old oak and cherry. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are dusty and linger for quite a while. This very refined Brunello is perfect for food. I would pair it with veal parmigianna. Enjoy - Ken
