Wine Review: This pale straw-colored Riesling opens with a petrol and honey bouquet with hints of clementine and gardenia. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round and bright. The flavor profile is gravely minerality and lime blend with notes of ginger, quince, and crab apple. The finish is off-dry, refreshing and lingers nicely. The Tasting Panel would pair this Riesling with sesame chicken or fish tacos. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: This enticing Riesling displays layered aromas of pineapple, Bosc pear, fresh ginger, lemon zest and chamomile tea, with fascinating undercurrents of lemongrass, honeysuckle, and jasmine. On the palate, a beam of wet-stone minerality adds poise and polish to flavors of lemon-curd, grapefruit pith, hibiscus, honey, and apricot, with lees aging in large oak casks and stainless steel adding to this wine’s shapely texture and satiny finish. The expansive palate finishes clean and dry, owing to bright and fresh natural acidity.
