Wine Review: This pale straw colored white wine from Spain opens with a faint lime and gentle apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, acidic, brisk and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a tart green apple with notes of lime, tangerine, and minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a good beach wine. It could also be served as an aperitif with spring rolls. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Parellada, Macabeo, Chardonnay, and a touch of Malvasia de Sitges. Parellada at its best, from high-altitude, gravelly mountain soils: intense lemon-oil aroma with firm acid structure enhanced by the rare, glyceric Malvasía. Stony and aromatic, reminiscent of France's Chablis or Rheingau.
