Wine Review: Rose, regardless of where it's from, is always fun to see in the glass. The orange-pink hues that glisten bring a smile to everyone because you know you are in for a treat. The nose is comprised of strawberries, raspberries, hints of grapefruit, and dragonfruit. The palate shows a bit more depth with hints of preserved strawberries, caramelized dates, and honeycomb. The finish is medium to medium-long and has this grip on you that keeps you going back. One of the best buys at this price point. - Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: Our cava brut rose is a smooth, rounded and vibrant sparkling with a twist of sophistication. A bright sparkling pink colour with a pleasant and powerful on the nose with a strong presence of ripe red berries. It has a rounded, pleasant feel in the mouth with a lingering aftertaste.
