Wine Review: This very affordable pale yellow colored Spanish white wine was a hit at a recent mini tasting I conducted. It opens with an attractive light peach like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and very nicely balanced. It is also very tasty. Its flavor profile is comprised of nicely integrated minerals with notes of peach and apricot. The finish is dry and nicely refreshing. The consensus was this is a great summer wine. It would be ideal with shellfish. We thought it would be perfect with steamed clams or mussels in a white wine garlic broth. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, freshly aromatic, and versatile dry white wine with impressive complexity and persistence.
