Wine Review: This pale colored wine opens with an attractive pear bouquet with a hint of pilsner beer and wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused Anjou pear with hints ginger ale, pilsner beer and a touch of white pepper. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This very good white wine is a perfect summer wine. Enjoy it, poolside this summer with a bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, freshly aromatic and versatile dry white wine with impressive complexity and persistence.
