Wine Review: This straw colored white wine from Spain is consistently very good and a nice value. It opens with a mild Anjou pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, and easy going. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused green apple with hints of Anjou pear and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a nice wine to complement a lot of light white fish dishes. Baked Cod with Ritz cracker crumb topping came to mind first. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Crisp, freshly aromatic and versatile dry white wine with impressive complexity and persistence. 40% Treixadura, 20% Godello, 20% Torrontes & 20% Palomino
