Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with a blackberry bouquet with hints of dark chocolate and black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, nicely balanced, and very smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty ripe black cherry with notes of blueberry and a touch of gentle plum and pomegranate. The finish is dry and its fine tannins are a little sticky and drift away nicely. The Napa Cab is very food friendly and would pair well with a filet mignon in the next few years. Enjoy - Ken
